Facebook announced recently that it is launching yet another new feature. The new search feature, Graph Search, incorporates material users have already shared in their profiles to deliver results and spare the user the hassle of asking everyone on Facebook about the thing you would like to know.
According to Southern California Public Radio, a few examples of different search’s that are available are: languages my friends speak, movies my friends like, friends of friends who are single and photos of friends taken in Paris before 1990.
Graph Search will appear as a bigger search bar at the top of each page.
The Washington Post stated, “Entering the search market gives Facebook the opportunity to compete with Google and Microsoft by giving advertisers a real use for all the likes and shares they collect on the site.”
